Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed via our website, phone, or email. A confirmation number will be provided once the booking is accepted.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a fee.

Liability

Cre8tive Transportation is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend allowing adequate travel time.

Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Damage to vehicles caused by passengers will result in additional charges.
